Quincy Bailey

Quincy Bailey (he/him) is an undergraduate at Stanford University studying Psychology and Sociology. His scholarship focuses on addressing social inequalities and advocating for racial justice across the Black diaspora. He possesses extensive experience analyzing Afro-centric rhetoric and its historical role in resisting systemic inequalities in the United States. Quincy also maintains a robust social science research background; as a researcher within the Starck Lab in the Department of Psychology, he investigated the drivers of racial inequality and their broader societal impacts. Beyond his research, Quincy serves as President of the Black Pre-Law Society at Stanford and has gained practical legal experience by interning at the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office.
